A: The website migration service available at Infologic Domains is entirely free of cost and consists of moving all your website files, databases and e–mails from your current web hosting provider to your brand new web hosting account with us. We will also revise all the configuration settings necessary for your sites to be fully operational on our advanced cloud hosting platform.Our techs are fully capable of transferring any type of web site. With years of work experience in this field, they’re experts in the specificities of our web hosting platform, our Control Panel and all other famous Control Panels. For them, transferring a custom web app with many custom libraries is as easy as moving a simple WordPress weblog.

A: While we can’t give you an exact time window, because there are plenty of factors, among them the size of the web files and databases, the physical location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your site and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll do our very best to transfer your web site within 48 hours, and in some cases – within 24 hours (when the website content is not very large).

A: We don’t collect any private data. We will require, though, the login info for your present hosting account along with the name of the site that you would like to move.

A: Customer privacy is indeed one of our foremost priorities – for this reason, both our payment transaction page and our CP login page are secured with enterprise–grade SSL certificates. A: Your website will continue to work exactly like it did before with your previous hosting provider. Once we are done with the migration, your site will be configured to work on our system and we will alert you to preview it. If it is working correctly, all you will need to do is edit the NS records corresponding to your domain. Your web site will be transferred over to us without any downtime whatsoever.

A: Nope. Aside from your login credentials for the Control Panel, we don’t require anything. We will never touch base with your hosting provider. They will not know anything about the migration either.

A: We support all Linux–powered hosting platforms. In essence, if we can obtain access to your Control Panel, we’ll be able to transfer your website.The only platforms that we don’t support are closed–source web site building platforms like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
