If you take advantage of our Managed Services offer, we will be keeping a constant eye on your virtual server and all the tasks running on it. Thus, you’ll have more time for your websites or apps.

Weekly Backups

In case you own a regularly visited site or a resource–demanding web app, it is imperative to maintain a complete back–up copies of everything. Yet, setting up an auto backup system can be difficult. That is why our company offers you our Managed Services solution – we take full responsibility to keep a complete backup copy of your VPS server, not just of your websites and hosted content, but also all the custom configuration settings that you have created. Our backup scripts run each week, saving all the changes that you’ve made during that time period.

Installation & Troubleshooting

While a Virtual Private Server gives you an almost endless set of possibilities, you will sometimes need to install additional software apps. And that is where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can comes in real handy. It’s an integral part of our Managed Services offer, which allows you to call for any of our skilled sysadmins to install and set up any software app and to fix any issue that you are having with the VPS.

Our Managed Services solution comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. It is an optional feature with our KVM VPS Servers.
